Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective stickers intact.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned:

  •  Personal care products, intimate apparel, customized or personalized items, perishable goods (food, flowers), digital products (e.g., e-books, software), gift cards, or items marked as "final sale."

  • Items that show signs of wear, damage, or misuse not due to a manufacturer's defect.


 

2. How to Initiate a Return

 

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  2. In your email, please include:

    • Your order number.

    • The name of the item(s) you wish to return.

    • The reason for your return.

    • Photos or videos if the item is damaged or defective.

  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  4. Please do not send your item back before contacting us and receiving return authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed for a refund.


 

3. Shipping Returns

 

  • Shipping costs for returning your item are your responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

  • If your return is approved and you are responsible for shipping, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label or arrange for pickup.


 

4. Refunds

5. Exchanges

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same item, please contact us immediately at imixpress777@gmail.com.

For other exchanges (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow our standard return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.


 

6. Damaged or Defective Items

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order at imixpress777@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the defect or damage.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We will assess the issue and arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs.
